The Associate Director of Data Protection will lead data protection advisory engagements and also play an active role in growing the business by identifying new opportunities, supporting sales / proposals, and building relationships with prospective clients. The role spans technical/privacy subject-matter work + commercial / client acquisition work, requiring strong domain expertise plus business acumen.



Key responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities in data protection / privacy domain. Support proposal development: respond to RFPs, RFIs that include privacy / data protection components; help define scope, pricing, deliverables. Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, industry stakeholders, partners. Be visible as a subject-matter expert (SME) in sales calls, workshops, seminars. Develop thought leadership: white-papers, articles, webinars, speaking engagements to help elevate Deloitte's brand in privacy/data protection. * Collaborate with internal BD / sales teams, marketing, partners to build solutions / offerings in privacy domain.
