Director Operations Synopsis of Role
The Community Operations Lead will support HHHs community goals. This would primarily involve building of HHH social capital by fostering person-to-person and people-to-place relationships across the rural communities we work with. This role will encourage civic engagement to build transformed communities This position has responsibility for outreach functions including volunteer engagement, community partnerships, outreach, and community mobilization This is a senior field-operations role who owns mobilisation targets and budgets, architects community outreach at scale, and builds high-trust partnerships across villages, government, NGOs, and corporates while representing Head Held High (HHH) externally and driving data-led course correction.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

Owning the mobilisation targets and deliver on budget across all interventions
_Managing the creation and execution of an overall plan for community outreach and engagement.
Raising awareness about the organization: Representing HHH in community initiatives and at events that support our brand goals/strategies Fostering positive and collaborative relationships with community residents, local nonprofit Organizations & businesses, Monitoring the success of community engagement strategies and budget, and making course corrections
Networking and collaborating with local organizations and community leaders.
Designs and manages community engagement services, experiences and initiatives.
Manages implementation of volunteer experiences that support community goals and the goals of corporate partners.
Lead special projects and high-impact initiatives as assigned by the executive team.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Contact Details

Education: Graduate / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or MSW.
Experience: Non-profit experience (mandatory): 8-12+ years total, with 5+ years in Indian non profit/social sector operations and 3+ years in a senior leadership role owning state/district scale programs. o Rural immersion (mandatory): 12-24 months cumulative, on-ground experience in rural districts across multiple states leading mobilisation/outreach with local institutions (Panchayats, SHGs, schools, skilling centres). o Scale & delivery: Proven track record mobilising ?10,000 beneficiaries/year and managing ?10-25 Cr annual operating budgets with distributed field teams. o Partnerships: Executed MOUs and joint programs with district administrations, CSR partners, and local NGOs/CBOs; confident public representation at community/industry forums.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically assess programs and operations. o Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for senior executives.
