• 8-12 years of experience in handling analytics projects and solution delivery in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.o Strong domain knowledge of General Insurance, Specialty Insurance and L&A across global markets including US/UK/Lloyds of London/APACo Lead responses to client RFPs and proactive client pitches by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals, to design and deploy analytical solutions that address key business challengeso Expertise in understanding client's requirements and converting it into a problem statement with desired value driven solution constructo Understanding and expertise in data modernization, data advisory & governance and end to end Data Lake solutions such as ETL and EDW w.r.t Insurance domaino Lead client due diligence workshops, create report outs with clear service and value proposition for Analytics serviceso Research and create POVs in upcoming Analytics areaso Engage and present Analytics services and products overview / awareness sessions for clients and internal teamso Actively participate in client visits to drive the analytics agendao Knowledge of the latest tools and technologies used in the Insurance business globallyo Moderate understanding of statistical concepts involved in building analytics modelso Should be able to handle and own the entire deal lifecycle for any pursuito Must have participated in pre-sales, business development support in previous roles

Qualifications
A Bachelor's/Master's degree in fields like Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related areas is preferred
