Novartis\' ambition is to be a recognized leader in customer experience and engagement (CE&E). The CE&E IMI team aims to design and deliver intentional, impactful customer experiences for HCPs and patients through integrated engagements and solutions.

The Customer Experience & Engagement Data & Analytics group seeks a highly motivated professional in predictive analytics solutions. This role is turning business needs into analytic initiatives and creating compelling, data-driven narratives based on those analytic outcomes. Strong understanding and experience in ML operations and ML/AI product development.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support critical analytics product development & ML operations leveraging best-of-breed technology, AI models and novel data sources to cover use cases across Sales, HCP, Patient, marketing/digital etc.
  • Support developing and scaling customer AI products (E.g., NGE-related use cases for commercial and medical, Customer 360 - Segmentation, a Network map of customers, Dynamic targeting) by unstructured data mining on patients and customers\' data. Work closely with country data and analytics teams to carefully customize the analytics for local needs while preserving standardization for implementing analytics at scale and speed
  • Support developing & scaling Engagement AI products (E.g., Resource allocation, recommender system, Peer to Peer recommender, A-B testing) across the IMI organization
  • Partner with Integrated Insights, Finance, and other commercial teams to identify key issues, direct advanced analytic solutions, and translate the outcomes back to business partners to drive greater impact and effectiveness
  • Participate in discussions with Country teams and Global teams related to new business challenges requiring analytical support
  • Identify opportunities for alignment across all advanced analytics initiatives
Minimum requirements

What will you bring to the role
  • Graduate degree, PhD in a quantitative field (Bioinformatics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) preferred.
  • 5years of experience in data analytics, marketing science, or a similar role.
  • 3+ years of Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Healthcare and Consumer experience in analytics. Deep hands-on understanding of pharma data sets and use cases
