The role involves executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and supporting basic organic social media initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Execute on-page and off-page SEO activities to support organic visibility and search rankings
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and website analysis
• Build and maintain backlinks in accordance with SEO guidelines
• Review data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Monitor website status, indexing, and basic technical SEO aspects
• Track keyword positions and prepare performance reports
• Create and update meta titles, descriptions, and tags
• Assist with SEO audits and competitor reviews
• Track online mentions, reviews, and brand sentiment
• Publish content (FA Articles, blog post, etc) aimed at improving online brand presence

Online Reputation Management (ORM):

• Manage brand presence across search engines and review platforms
• Execute FA and ORM-related content activities
• Handle review management and monitor online mentions and sentiment
• Support ORM initiatives for managing negative search results in line with guidelines
• Manage the whole account once assigned which involves, finding out the reviews and aligning the dates for flagging old/ adding new reviews.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in SEO; agency experience required
• Background: Digital marketing background
• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field; candidates from other disciplines may also be considered
• Certification: Digital Marketing certification required
• Knowledge of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, Google Analytics, basic technical SEO, and basic social media marketing
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
• Ability to analyze data, communicate updates, and maintain documentation
• Willingness to work in a night shift (5:00 PM - 3:00 AM IST)
