Job Overview - Roles & Responsibilities:

Basic knowledge about US Mortgage and foreclosure process preferably Judicial Foreclosure along with good understanding of Mortgage documents such as Complaint, Notice of Sale, Deed of Trust, Assignment, Title document, Lis Pendens, Judgement etc. File Complaint and issue summons for service of process Understanding of FHA/VA loan requirements and guidelines Update and document all tracking systems including the clear and accurate documentation of the accounts worked Reviewing Title reports, and other Foreclosure Milestones per the state requirements. Preparing Lis Pendens and Complaint package preparations Reviewing the borrower details to determine whether the borrower is falling under any state regulated protections which in turn will influence the Quiet Title Reviewing of other Title documents for any potential Title issue Ensure all assigned cases are worked in accordance with regulatory, investor/insurer, and Trust Policy requirements and timelines.

Qualification & Experience

Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role
Basic Degree completion (15 years of education)

Good written and oral communications skills in English

* US Mortgage Experience in End-to-end Foreclosure preferred (Minimum 12 Months)
