Associate DevOps Engineer:




Associate/Junior Software Development Engineers are entry-level professionals, involved in designing, building and deploying software solutions to enable current and future needs of our customers.

Associate/Junior Software Development Engineers engage and contribute to the software development life cycle while collaborating with key stakeholders in an agile environment to translate business objectives into technical solutions. This is a learning role where one can display their growth mindset through growing their skillset and gaining experience via support, guidance and direction from more senior Software Development Engineers.

About the Role:



Enhance DevOps automation, CI/CD, and deployment processes within Azure. Build and maintain Azure Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep) and Azure DevOps pipelines. Implement monitoring and logging (Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana). Manage and scale applications on AKS; support containerization with Docker/Kubernetes. Collaborate with security to enforce Azure security, access control, and compliance. Partner with dev and ops teams to drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Maintain clear documentation of infrastructure, configurations, and processes.

About You:



DevOps or similar role; degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience. Strong scripting skills: PowerShell and Bash; Python a plus. Solid Azure knowledge: IaC (ARM/Bicep), Azure DevOps, AKS, networking/security basics. Experience with CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and deployments. Familiar with Docker/Kubernetes; monitoring tools (App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana). Problem-solver with excellent communication and teamwork.

Preferred:

Azure DevOps Engineer certification (or AWS DevOps). Experience with Ansible/Puppet/Chef; SonarQube. Understanding of agile/DevOps practices. Experience with Azure Site Recovery and Azure Backup. Strong analytical and logical skills.
