Job Title: Associate DevOps Architect
Location: Indore / Bangalore / Noida / Pune / Hyderabad / Gurgaon

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate DevOps Architect with deep expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure Cloud, and observability tools (Open Telemetry, Elastic). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions that bridge the gap between development and operations. You will play a key role in architecting CI/CD pipelines, managing container orchestration platforms, and ensuring the reliability and performance of cloud-based systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end DevOps solutions to automate software delivery pipelines and infrastructure provisioning.

• Architect, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications across multiple

environments.

• Leverage Docker for building, deploying, and managing containers across development, staging, and

production.

• Optimize and secure Linux-based environments (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS) for high performance and

reliability.

• Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab

CI, or CircleCI.

• Set up monitoring and observability frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack,

OpenTelemetry, and related tools.

• Implement automation using Terraform, Bash, or Python to streamline infrastructure management

and configuration.

• Ensure cloud infrastructure security and compliance by applying best practices in networking, secrets

management, and vulnerability scanning.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps engineers to promote best practices in

automation and cloud-native architecture.

• Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and automation trends to drive

continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience

• 10-14 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, DevOps, or Systems Engineering.

• Strong experience with Linux Systems Administration (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS).

• Hands-on expertise with Azure Cloud services (compute, networking, security, and DevOps).

• Minimum 5 years of production-level experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring).

• Proficiency in Docker and container management best practices.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, etc.).

• Strong understanding of monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).

• Scripting and automation experience using Bash or Python.

• Good knowledge of networking, cloud security, and infrastructure automation.

• Experience with Git or other version control systems.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
