As an Associate Developer in the Delivery team, you will begin your career supporting the implementation and configuration of the Mainsail(TM) platform for life sciences clients. Working alongside experienced consultants and developers, you will assist in front-end updates, data setup, and module configuration. This role is designed for early-career professionals (0-6 months of experience) who are ready to build foundational delivery and technical skills in a real-world project environment.

We'll trust you to:

+ Support module-level front-end configuration using HTML and CSS templates + Assist in minor UI adjustments, form creation, and style updates
+ Participate in data preparation, validation, and basic SQL query execution
+ Collaborate with consultants to understand business requirements and delivery objectives
+ Contribute to internal project documentation and issue tracking
+ Learn platform capabilities and delivery best practices through hands-on tasks

You'll need to have:

+ Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (able to read and make simple edits) + Exposure to JavaScript fundamentals (no coding expected independently)
+ Foundational SQL for data review and validation
+ Curious to learn C#/.NET environments for better API and data workflow comprehension
+ Eagerness to learn and contribute to team delivery
+ Clear communication and willingness to ask questions
+ Familiarity with documentation tools such as Excel or Word

Tech Stack

+ HTML5, CSS3 (basic working knowledge)
+ JavaScript (read-only understanding)
+ SQL (introductory level)
+ Exposure to .NET Core is a plus (for understanding back-end behavior and platform architecture)
+ Internal documentation and collaboration tools
