Roles and Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Research seasonal trends, colours, prints, fabrics, and styling
\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute in seasonal concepts development
\xe2\x97\x8f Creating original prints/graphics & sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate
color/prints
\xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for creating detailed techpacks that illustrate design and construction details with
high accuracy
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development
\xe2\x97\x8f Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech team
\xe2\x97\x8f Fabric/print/surface design follow up and approvals
\xe2\x97\x8f Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines
\xe2\x97\x8f Contributing well researched ideas to support catalog and marketing for the brand.

\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with cross functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience
\xe2\x97\x8f 3-5 years\' experience and Grad/Post-grad from NIFT/FMS
\xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrates high level aesthetics and creative ability with a strong understanding of Womenswear Western and Ethnic.
\xe2\x97\x8f Well rounded experience in Womenswear design
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong organisational skills and highly detail-oriented
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong communication and articulation of ideas
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
\xe2\x97\x8f High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Should be able to make signature print, graphics & Embroidery artworks.

\xe2\x97\x8f Strong Product development cycle understanding from concept to the final product live on portal/store.

\xe2\x97\x8f In-depth understanding of Womenswear trends & forecasts.
