Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
Provide general dental procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canals, and preventive care.
Administer anesthetics and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
Interpret dental X-rays and other diagnostic tests.
Maintain high-quality clinical standards and adhere to infection control protocols.
Patient Care & Communication
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care.
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and ensure a positive experience.
Communicate treatment plans clearly and ethically.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinical operations.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education.
Support practice goals, productivity targets, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with legal and practice guidelines.
Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and best practices.
Qualifications:
BDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license and certifications
Strong clinical skills in general dentistry; specialty skills are a plus.
Excellent communication, patient-care, and time-management abilities.
