Handle dental specific queries pertaining to our services.
Overall Problem solving for patients and coordination as necessary.
\xef\x82\xb7 To attend calls within 2 hrs and provide first contact resolution for the query
\xef\x82\xb7 VC to be done for the case
\xef\x82\xb7 Explaining the pt to use app for monitoring the case
\xef\x82\xb7 Co- ordinating with other teams for closing the ticket, for example, once the case is resolved raise an internal ticket for different team to close the case
\xef\x82\xb7 Handling escalation calls
\xef\x82\xb7 Tabulate and record responses from all customers on excels. Generate relevant reports from the same

Requirement \xef\x82\xb7 0-3 years of experience in Dentistry.

\xef\x82\xb7 Strong problem solving and analytical skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous Environment
