Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic BDS graduate to join our team as an Associate Dentist. This role is perfect for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience who wants to build a strong clinical foundation, gain hands-on experience, and serve the vibrant community of Borivali.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform basic dental procedures including oral check-ups, fillings (restorations), scaling (oral prophylaxis), and fluoride applications. Learn to diagnose dental issues and create effective treatment plans for patients. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Maintain accurate digital patient records. Work closely with our dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth clinic operations. Adhere to the highest standards of sterilization and infection control.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

A BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree from a recognized university. A valid dental license to practice in Maharashtra

OR

having passed/cleared the DCI licensing exam.

No prior experience is required; freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi is a plus. A patient-friendly, confident, and eager-to-learn attitude. Basic computer knowledge.
