Position: Associate Dentist - Field Sales (Home Scan)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational week off, no weekend off)

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

using advanced 3D scanning technology. We provide customers with at-home scanning

and consultation services, blending dental expertise with modern tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to customer homes for 3D intraoral scanning and consultations. Explain treatment plans, pricing, and benefits of clear aligners to potential
customers.

Convert leads into confirmed treatments by handling objections and queries. Maintain hygiene protocols and ensure smooth scanning experience. Upload scans and customer data to the internal platform for orthodontist review. Meet monthly sales & conversion targets. Collaborate with the inside sales team for lead follow-up and closure.
Requirements:

Qualification: BDS / MDS (Valid Dental Council Registration mandatory). 0-3 years of experience in dentistry or dental sales. Strong communication and persuasive skills. Comfortable with travel for home visits (field role). Familiarity with digital scanning equipment preferred, but training will be provided.
