IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Debt Manager to join our Retail Banking team. As an Associate Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing debt flows and cross-selling products to our customers in the Ahmedabad, Gujarat region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to promote debt products and cross-sell other banking products and services
- Identify and analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate debt solutions to meet their financial goals
- Monitor and manage debt flows to ensure timely repayments and minimize risk
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient debt management processes
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive debt products and services to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Retail Banking department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on debt management and cross-selling
- Strong understanding of debt products and services, as well as cross-selling strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Ahmedabad, Gujarat is preferred
