Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking 2 wheeler loans
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analysis to determine loan eligibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling 2 wheeler loans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement
- Monitor loan performance and take necessary actions to minimize delinquency and defaults
- Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in debt management or sales
- Strong understanding of credit assessment and risk analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of local market and 2 wheeler loan products is a plus
