About Job

• Grade/label the emails according to the given guidelines and policies of Microsoft.
• Knowledge of Ethical Hacking, Phishing, SPAM, Familiarity with Email and Internet Security concepts, Protocol's and with Strong Communication skills and confidence and commitment.
• Knowledge of spam, phishing tactics, and IP protocols is considered advantageous for the role.
• Identify, analyze, discuss, and conclude new email types, and communicate them with the team.
• Need to verify different key aspects before labelling a mail
• Apply knowledge of internet security, information security, and email security to improve the accuracy of email grading.
• Discuss labelling conflicts with the team. Improving email classification rules and increasing the efficiency of labelling according to given guidelines.
• Team Collaboration Skills to resolve conflicts and share new insights with team members
• Providing an Anti-Spam solution of real-time spam protection.
• Analysis of SPAM and Legit emails
• Analyzing Email Headers, Call to Action Domains, and other parameters to identify Spam Messages.
