They have a state-of-the-art Global Innovation Center headquartered in Chennai and they are expanding this center and hiring for various engineering roles. As an Associate Data Science Manager, you will lead and oversee a team of talented data scientists to drive data-driven insights, develop advanced solutions, and support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from data exploration and modeling to delivering actionable recommendations. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop data-driven solutions that provide a competitive advantage for the organization. Location: Chennai Experience: 10-15 years Whom are we looking for Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, and experience with data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools (Tableau would be a plus). In-depth understanding of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and data mining algorithms. Familiarity with data storage, retrieval, and processing frameworks (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop). Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while also paying attention to details. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated track record of delivering data-driven solutions that positively impacted business outcomes.
