Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Visa's Cyber Security team is looking for an Associate Cybersecurity Engineer who will be responsible for design, development, and execution of large-scale Cyber Security initiatives. Extensive Python and web service development experience and team leadership skills are a must. In this position, you are a passionate and talented Cyber security professional with problem-solving abilities and coding/testing/debugging skills who can work in a dynamic environment.Essential Functions:Develop innovative solutions to protect the Visa brand, networks, assets and products by implementing state-the-art detection, prevention, and response capabilitiesEngage in technical design of solutions based on use cases and business requirementsParticipate in proof of concepts and other technical evaluations of technologies, designs and solutionsStay abreast of emerging technologies and proactively assess and evaluate the adoption thereof into the organizationDemonstrate technical mastery and be an inspirational leader and mentor who continuously develops the competencies of him/herself and othersReduce time-to-detect and time-to-remediate by driving the automation of applied threat intelligence and sensor enrichmentDevelop and expand API framework to interconnect Security ToolsThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or cyber security, OR 3+ years of

relevant work experience.Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of work experience in public cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure etc)

with a bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or computer science.

• Strong Domain exposure of Cloud Security AWS or GCP, or Azure. Vendor

certification in 1 or more of platforms is a must. Engineering and supporting
security controls in the cloud.

• Hands on usage of CSPM and CNAAP tools and process development to

ensure addressing vulnerabilities in a timely manner. Experience with
continuous compliance in cloud.

• Knowledge and hands on experience with infrastructure as code, terraform,

CICD

• Knowledge of multiple security domain like Cloud FW, Security Groups, DDOS,

Network Proxy, Cloud SIEM like Sumo logic etc.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Linux (or similar)

operating systems, strong Python skills, in depth understanding of Internet
