In this role, you will be responsible for Cyber-security engineering solutions and identity platform development within the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform, playing a critical role in safeguarding General Millsxe2x80x99 digital assets through supporting existing identity enterprise applications and developing custom solutions around Identity Management, platform monitoring, quality assurance, and backend web-services. Your focus will be on developing requirements for custom identity enterprise applications, and extending our existing platforms capabilities such as SailPoint IdentityIQ and SpringBoot JPA projects. You will also provide day-to-day application support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the Identity team, business users, and stakeholders to successfully advance our identity solutions.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESxc2xb7 Collaborate with the Identity Team and business users to analyze requirements, define processes, and design new identity capabilities that enhance security and ensure compliance with GMI policies, standards, and relevant regulations.xc2xb7 Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ Applications, Certifications, Rules, Lifecycle Events, and additional out-of-the-box features.xc2xb7 Develop and extend Java API and Regression Testing applications.xc2xb7 Champion best practices for application development, build processes, code migration, and source control management, writing documentation and education other team members.xc2xb7 Consult and contribute to policies and standards for governing Identity and Access Management solutions.xc2xb7 Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within the SailPoint IIQ platform, engaging SailPoint support when necessary.xc2xb7 Collaborate with the Engineering Lead to plan and execute bug fixes, patches, and upgrades to maintain a robust and secure platform.xc2xb7 Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate operational tasks, enhancing the efficiency of the IAM team.xc2xb7 Resolve day-to-day issues to ensure that SailPoint IIQ is meeting end-user requirements and expectations.xc2xb7 Support the IAM security compliance efforts with KPMG and Global Internal Audit to enhance the control environment.xc2xb7 Support Google Cloud Project and Microsoft Azure hosted enterprise application solutions.xc2xb7 Collaborate with all members of the security team to deliver key priorities.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education xe2x80x93 Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered)
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in enterprise software development, core frameworks like SpringBoot, Hibernate ORM, NextJS, React, and Java Swing UI.
• Demonstrated experience in strictly-typed Object-Oriented-Programing Languages such as Java, C#, C++, or C , scripting languages like PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python, and query languages like SQL or NoSQL.
• Experience in writing web-applications, database API services, quality assurance unit testing, and supporting cloud based virtual appliances.
• Knowledge of LDAP applications and connectivity such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra-ID, Single-Sign-On, Certificate Management, Federation and identity management principals.
• Exposure to cybersecurity concepts and awareness of different security domains.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and concise communication with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• A strongly curious mindset and proactive self-motivated approach to learning and adapting to new systems and technologies.
• Demonstrated experience working with industry standard tools such as JetBrains IDExe2x80x99s, Github, JFrog Artifactory, Hashicorp Terraform, Ansible, Redhat Enterprise, Microsoft SQL Server.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Java applications.
• Proficient in writing SQL queries, coding Object Relational Mapping Frameworks like Hibernate, and implementing Web-based UI frameworks like React or NextJS.
• Experience writing scripts in PowerShell or python for LDAP querying and Identity Environments such as SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Familiarity with industry standard log streaming services such as DataDog or Splunk to identify and troubleshoot security events.
• Experience in developing for SailPoint IdentityIQ (Preferred), Oracle Identity Manager, Okta, or other Enterprise Identity Management platforms.
• Demonstrated Competence in Model-View-Controller Architecture, Database persistence, webhosting, and managing virtual appliances.
• Experience with DevOps practices and planning, including repository management, GitHub code management, and Agile methodologies.
