About the Role:
Cityflo is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Non-Voice Customer Support team on a 6-month contractual basis. You'll be responsible for resolving customer queries through chat and email -- no calls involved.
Responsibilities
:Handle customer queries via chat/email professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain records and ensure timely follow-ups
Provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
:Prior experience in Customer Support / Non-Voice / Chat Process preferred
Good written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work 6 days a week from our Thane office
Contract Duration:
6 months
