Overview:

We are looking for skilled customer experience associates with a good amount of experience in objection handling along with user-centric attitude.

What we expect:



Be a part of the Customer experience team, communicating with users through calls, emails and other channels. Handle user queries effectively and provide resolutions. Take proactive, real-time decisions to retain users. Build rapport with users to establish a lasting connection with our brands.

Who can apply:



Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in at least 02 local languages, such as Telugu and Hindi, Kannada and Tamil, Tamil and Telugu. Experience: - Fresher and Experience Job Skill: - Knowledge of voice. Soft Skill: - Strong convincing abilities, ownership mindset and a customer-oriented approach. Excellent communication and listening skills.

1. CX Operations at Gameskraft functions 24x7 (including public holidays), hence Krafter will be assigned 9-hour rotational shifts with rotational week-offs, which may or may not fall on weekends or Mondays. Week-offs may be split or consecutive, depending on business requirements.


2. For female Krafters, the shift may vary anytime between 7 AM - 8 PM.


3. The standard workweek is 5 days, though 6-day workweeks may be required based on operational needs.


4. Krafters must demonstrate flexibility to work across different brands, and in any communication channel (Voice, Email, or Chat), as per business demands.


5. Due to data protection and security policies, all work will be conducted from the office. Work from home is not permitted.


6. Mobile phones are not allowed at workstations. Personal devices must be stored in designated lockers outside the CX floor.


7. At the end of each shift, all company assets such as laptops, chargers, headsets, etc, are to be submitted in their designated lockers and will be re-issued at the start of the next working day."
