Be a part of the Customer experience team, communicating with users through calls, emails and other channels.
Handle user queries effectively and provide resolutions.
Take proactive, real-time decisions to retain users.

Who can apply:

Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in local languages, such as Telugu Tamil and Hindi, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil
Experience: - Fresher and Experience
Job Skill: - Knowledge of voice.
Soft Skill: - Strong convincing abilities, ownership mindset and a customer-oriented approach. Excellent communication and listening skills.
Flexibility: Rotational shifts and week-offs. Willingness to adapt to inter-vertical process changes and dynamic environments.
