  • Be a part of the Customer experience team, communicating with users through calls, emails and other channels.
  • Handle user queries effectively and provide resolutions.
  • Take proactive, real-time decisions to retain users.
  • Build rapport with users to establish a lasting connection with our brands.
Who can apply:
  • Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in local languages, such as Telugu Tamil and Hindi, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil
  • Experience: - Fresher and Experience

  • Soft Skill: - Strong convincing abilities, ownership mindset and a customer-oriented approach. Excellent communication and listening skills.
