Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan recovery- Communicate effectively to follow up on pending loan payments- Maintain professionalism and patience during customer interactions- Document call details accurately and escalate issues as needed- Work towards achieving daily and monthly recovery targetsEligibility Criteria:- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)- Good communication skills required- Open to both freshers and experienced candidatesWork Details:- Full-time, on-site position- Shift timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM- Interview rounds: HR and Operations (ref:updazz.com)
