Job Description

Product Thinking & Problem Solving- Develop a strong understanding of Sekel Tech's product suite and its applications across industries.- Analyze client pain points (e.g., local search visibility, customer engagement, reputation issues) and design product-driven solutions.- Break down complex problems into actionable steps, applying structured and logical thinking.- Suggest innovative use of product features like real-time listing, dealer CMS, and reputation management to improve client outcomes.- Collaborate with the Product team to provide feedback from clients for enhancements and feature improvements.Enterprise Client Handling & Sales Orientation- Deliver clear and confident product pitches to senior client stakeholders (CXOs, Marketing Heads, Regional Managers).- Conduct discovery conversations with enterprise clients to identify business needs and align Sekel's solutions effectively.- Handle client objections with logic, persuasion, and empathy (e.g., concerns around integration complexity or dealer adoption).- Work closely with dealer/retailer networks to ensure product adoption, training, and usage at a ground level.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and upsell opportunities.- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to drive measurable business impact for clients.Culture & Values Alignment- Demonstrate strong personal discipline, accountability, and ownership in day-to-day work.- Exhibit curiosity and continuous learning orientation-whether through adopting new tools, frameworks, or industry practices.- Communicate with clarity, structure, and confidence while articulating key insights or reflections.- Align personal growth with Sekel's long-term vision of building leaders who can own and scale business outcomes.Leadership Readiness- Take initiative in managing responsibilities independently, showcasing an ownership mindset.- Learn to structure onboarding plans for juniors/trainees, including training schedules, shadowing sessions, and roleplays.- Demonstrate the ability to coach, mentor, and guide new team members.- Build accountability systems within the team to ensure quality output and client readiness.- Develop the ability to lead small teams while balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.What We Are Looking ForCore Skills & Attributes:- Strong problem-solving ability and structured thinking.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Confidence in handling client interactions and presentations.- Empathy, patience, and consultative selling approach.- High learning orientation and adaptability to fast-paced environments.- Leadership potential with the ability to guide and take ownership.- Alignment with Sekel's values of discipline, responsibility, and growth mindset.
