Position: Associate - Customer Success
Location: Pune
Experience: 0.6 - 3 years (Customer Service / Customer Success preferred)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Role Overview
As an Associate - Customer Success, you will be the direct point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, smooth operations, and timely resolution of issues. You will manage support tickets, reconcile data in Excel, and prepare MIS reports while building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via Freshdesk / ticketing tools with quick turnaround time
Reconcile data using Excel and prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
Manage client relationships and act as the primary POC for assigned accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance
Recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery
Ensure timely completion of assigned activities and escalations
Participate in training sessions and maintain updated job knowledge
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal & written communication (English proficiency required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Customer-focused mindset with empathy and service orientation
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM / ticketing tools (Freshdesk preferred)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of Captable, share capital compliance, or tax implications (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
