JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and grow set of customer accounts by actively engaging in use-case discussion to increase capillary product adoption and generate ROI for the customers
Discuss and detail operationalising new initiatives by understanding the product & integration capabilities Maintain a healthy NPS from direct stakeholders
Working effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team. Program Solver and Proactive in identifying customer pain points.
Manage Mid level stakeholders for capillary clients.
Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) on the certain objective provided by the Client Consulting with the client & solving his business problems
Efficient in SQL or Data bricks to quickly query the data to make informed decisions and to give insightful suggestions to the customers.
Create Quarterly review presentation / Steering committee meeting decks.
Design CRM programs & building customer-centric strategy
Coordinate with different teams (Incident Management, Execution team, Solutions, Tech team)
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Basic understanding of SDLC & related ecosystem
Overall 1-3 years of experience in a client facing role
Knowledge of at least one database mining language (SAS/R/SQL/SPSS/Python etc) and experience of working with databases
Ability to pull insights from Data Personal Attributes
Aptitude for problem-solving and quantitative skills, Comfortable in dealing with numbers and calculation
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
Cross team collaboration and client management
Excellent Logical ability, Good written and interpersonal skills
Able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Self-motivated, Inquisitive and curious, Goal-oriented, detail-oriented, ambitious, and strong ability to follow through on commitments
Ability to define success for the customer.
