Job Description

:We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice & Chat Process with International financial services. The role involves handling customer queries efficiently through calls and chats while ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer queries via voice calls and live chat - Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally - Maintain excellent customer experience and adherence to process guidelines - Document interactions clearly in CRM systems - Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and turnaround time - Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when requiredEligibility Criteria: - Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience (Voice/Chat/Blended) - Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) - Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills - Comfortable working in rotational shifts - Basic computer knowledge and typing skillsPreferred Skills: - Experience in financial services or fintech processes (added advantage) - Good listening and comprehension abilities - Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail (ref:updazz.com)
