Role and Responsibilities:This role will be responsible for:- Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and timeliness.- Bond documentation and liaising with CHAs & Customers for Bond Transfer Despatch- Timely Update to the clients about the status of their orders and unforeseen delays.- Maintain records of customer complaints.- Handle Returns from Customers- Co-ordination with Customers through Emails and PhonesPreferred Skills:- Good communication skills in English- Good Knowledge of Bond Transfer Sales & High Seas Sales- Pleasant personality- Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office- Excellent typing skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Qualifications and Education Requirements: Any Graduate- Experience: 3 to 5 Years of relevant experience in similar role.
