Job Profile:

As an E-Commerce Chat Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers via chat. Your role is to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience by providing accurate and timely assistance. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through orders, returns, refunds, and product-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via chat in a professional and courteous manner Provide accurate information on orders, products, delivery timelines, and policies Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure proper documentation Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and performance goals Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Fast and accurate typing skills Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working in

US rotational shifts

Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and work under pressure
