Job description-
1) Coordination with various departments to accomplish tasks such as closure of client queries and tracking of implementation of additional client requests at sites.
2) Support the Senior coordinator in performing day-to-day operational tasks such as examining all documents, answering all internal queries, resolving any issues/problems associated with closures of all requests, and tracking regularly.
3) Assistance to the legal team involving admin work and coordinating with key parties (internal and external) for every task.
4) Creating and updating trackers in Excel regularly.

1) Must have good communication (Verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. This is very important.
2) Must have a pleasant personality and good networking skills.
3) Must be passionate about taking additional responsibility and handle the work diligently.
4) Must be organized in carrying out multi-tasks and their completion within the timelines.
5) Must be good with MS Excel.
