We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and visionary
Associate Creative Director (ACD)
to lead, guide, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team. The ideal candidate should be from Copy Editing side and will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns, ensuring creative excellence, and contributing to strategic growth while working closely with creative directors and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Creative Direction:
Collaborate with creative teams (art, design, copy, and digital) to develop high-impact concepts for branding, marketing, and advertising projects.
Campaign Development:
Oversee the development of creative campaigns, including visual and verbal executions across print, digital, video, social media, and event platforms.
Creative Strategy Alignment:
Ensure campaigns align with the brand strategy, client objectives, and creative vision of Recharge Studio.
Client Presentations:
Represent the creative team during client meetings, pitches, and presentations to communicate creative ideas and gain approval.
Mentor & Lead:
Inspire, coach, and guide junior and mid-level creatives, fostering an environment of creativity and collaboration.
Content & Design Review:
Review and refine creative outputs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and brand consistency.
Stay Updated:
Keep up with the latest trends in design, marketing, and advertising, applying fresh ideas and innovations to creative projects.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, strategy, and production teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience
in creative roles, preferably within advertising, digital marketing, or branding agencies.
Strong background in
copywriting, art direction, or design
with a proven ability to oversee multi-channel campaigns.
A portfolio showcasing
high-impact creative campaigns
across a variety of media (print, digital, video, and events).
Experience leading creative teams and mentoring junior talent.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in design and production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of rural marketing, agrichemical campaigns, or event-based promotions is a
plus
.
