Promotion of Green Buildings and IGBC membership. This includes market analysis, participating in customer reach out events, meetings with key stakeholders, developing and executing:
Membership Drive strategies for acquiring New members
Engagement programs for handling existing members
Campaigns and creative briefs for marketing/membership communications,
Conducting awareness and networking programmes, etc.
Co-ordination with Central Ministries, State Departments and Development Agencies.
Requirements
Desired Experience : 2\xe2\x80\x936 years of work experience in marketing and sales (preferably in real estate / building materials or other related sectors)Education Qualification & Skills Required
BE / B Tech in (preferably Civil, Mechanical) \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum First Class
MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing \xe2\x80\x93 Minimum First Class
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Professional approach, Multitasker, Relationship Management, Metrics-driven & Innovative with a flair for social media and other digital platforms
