Job Description


:

The candidate will drive the compliance program across Asia Pacific Middle East Africa (APMEA) and ensure that all corporate processes, procedures and policies comply with the law.
Roles & Responsibilities:

This will include understanding the compliance requirement and comparing it with current Wipro policies and processes in order to uncover any gaps, and closing these out in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will have to regularly audit Wipro procedures, practices and documents to identify possible compliance risks and suggest appropriate mitigation strategies. The candidate will also be responsible for employment related disputes and litigations, for which they will have to work closely with HR and external law firms across APMEA.
Qualifications:

The candidate should have at least 8 years PQE. Candidates with experience of working in an in-house role will be preferred. The candidate should have excellent drafting and verbal communication skills.

Candidate should be able to research well on online legal databases such as lexology and manupatra.
