smooth business operations, disciplined execution, and professional stakeholder management
across the organisation. This role works closely with the CEO and acts as a central coordination hub between leadership, teams, customers, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Office & Business Coordination
Support the CEO in day-to-day business coordination and execution tracking.
Manage priorities, action items, follow-ups, and internal communication.
Prepare basic reports, trackers, and presentations for leadership review.
Back Office & Office Operations
Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and operational workflows.
Ensure structured processes for documentation, records, and compliance.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all CEO-office matters.
Customer & Visitor Management
Coordinate customer meetings, office visits, and leadership interactions.
Act as a professional interface between clients, CEO, and internal teams.
Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for visitors and stakeholders.
HR & Recruitment Support
Coordinate recruitment activities including interview scheduling and on-boarding.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and internal communications.
Support leadership with basic HR operations and engagement activities.
Project & Execution Tracking
Track internal and client-related projects and ensure timely follow-ups.
Coordinate with teams to monitor progress, risks, and deadlines.
Escalate delays and execution gaps proactively.
Desired Profile
5-8 years of experience in
CEO office, operations, coordination, or project support
roles.
Exposure to
HR operations, recruitment coordination, and project tracking
.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
High ownership mindset with attention to detail and execution discipline.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, leadership-driven environment.
