Leverage data to drive insights, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize performance within the Ground Operations department
Support a team focused on data analytics, visualization, and reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement
Key Accountabilities
Data Analytics * Assist in implementation of a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with the goals of the Ground Operations department
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements
Assist in the collection, validation, and integration of data from various sources, including airport operations, ground handling, and flight data
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Utilize advanced analytics techniques, including statistical analysis and predictive modeling, to extract meaningful insights from operational data
Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that can inform operational decision-making
Assist in the development of interactive and user-friendly dashboards to visualize key performance metrics
Provide stakeholders with real-time access to relevant data for performance monitoring
Generate regular reports highlighting performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement
Conduct root cause analysis of operational challenges and disruptions using data-driven approaches
Collaborate with operational teams to develop actionable insights and improvement recommendations
Identify opportunities for automation in data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
Implement tools and technologies to streamline data-related tasks
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, safety, and IT teams, to align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals
Provide support in data-related projects and initiatives
Team Management * Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments or stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and expectations Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree and/or Law Degree (BA-LLB/BBA-LLB/LLM)
Minimum Requirement Desired Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the aviation or ground operations industry
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of aviation operations, ground handling procedures, and airport systems
