We are looking for an Associate / Senior Associate - Content to drive our digital content strategy with 1+ years of experience. This role requires creative content creation with SEO expertise and managing engaging social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & SEOResearch, draft, and optimize SEO-focused blog posts that drive organic traffic and engagement Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across all content Develop content calendars aligned with business objectives and seasonal trends Create long-form and short-form content that resonates with our target audience Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize based on insights

Social Media ManagementWork with the Brand Team and execute social media creative campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) Develop platform-specific content strategies that align with brand voice and goals Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules Engage with the community and respond to comments/messages in brand voice

Strategy & AnalyticsCollaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader campaign objectives Stay updated with content trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices Contribute to content strategy discussions and provide creative input

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or related field Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field * Experience in fintech, tech, or startup environment
