Associate - Content & Digital Marketing
to enhance our brand presence and digital outreach. The Associate - Content & Digital Marketing will be responsible for creating engaging visual and video content that builds the hospital's brand presence, educates patients, and drives online engagement. The role involves planning and executing a comprehensive digital content strategy -- including static graphics, short informative videos with doctors and nurses, and regular updates across the hospital's social media and website platforms.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
1. Social Media ontent Creation
a. Conceptualise, design, and publish graphics and posts for the hospital's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) aligned with:
i. Festivals, health days, and awareness events
ii. Health tips, FAQs, patient education, and hospital updates
b. Ensure all content reflects the hospital's tone, ethics, and visual identity, and maintain a consistent posting schedule and track engagement analytics.
2. Video Content Planning & Production
a. Develop a monthly content calendar by coordinating with doctors and nurses to identify various topics for 3-4 minute informative videos on preventive health and treatment awareness, that patients can watch and learn from.
b. Proactively collaborate with medical staff to prepare video scripts, talking points, and storyboards for the planned videos to sharpen the take-home messaging.
c. Manage end-to-end video production -- shooting, editing, and post-production using in-house camera equipment and editing software. Ensure videos are contemporary, engaging, and aligned with current social media trends.
d. Upload videos on YouTube and other digital platforms, with optimized titles, descriptions, and hashtags for better reach.
3. Digital Marketing & Platform management
a. Schedule and promote content strategically across platforms to maximize engagement, reach, and visibility.
b. Monitor analytics and provide monthly reports on performance metrics (views, likes, engagement rate, etc.).
c. Support in running small-scale paid promotions or campaigns when required.
d. Maintain and update the hospital's website content (doctor profiles, service descriptions, announcements, events, etc.).
Key Skills & Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor's in Mass Comm, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management (experience in healthcare or service-sector strongly preferred).
3. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
4. Strong video production skills -- shooting, editing, and post-production. Experience with iMovie, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Adobe Express or similar software is essential.
5. Understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and engagement strategies.
6. Ability to communicate clearly with medical professionals and comfortable working under timelines with multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
