Experience & Skills

• Any bachelor\'s degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in any bpo, kpo, customer success related fields.
• Clear communicator & Exceptional communication skills.
• Willingness to work in night shift( 6 PM to 3.30 AM).
• Build integrations for real-time lead delivery.
• Create and deliver customer-specific reporting.
• Provide performance or pacing monitoring, as needed for delivery team or customer review.

Behavioral Skills

• Ability to work directly with a team to support, build, and launch campaigns on time, error-free, and within specs
• Independently work from a task queue, with a wide variety of campaign related tasks to complete daily.
• Good understanding of assigned tasks and communicate within our task management/time tracking/project management tool.
