The analyst is accountable for database administration and sourcing exchange and supplied data. Staying updated with collection policies, procedures, and market developments is crucial. They assist in data-centric projects, review work for quality, and ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness. Resolving client queries promptly and maintaining high standards of response quality and customer satisfaction is a key responsibility. Analysts must make quick, independent decisions and continuously seek ways to improve quality and reduce service requests. The analyst is accountable for the quality of their work, which must meet agreed timelines and standards. Work is reviewed by the manager to ensure compliance with parameters of timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. The analyst works independently within their domain, takes ownership of problems, and recommends process improvements. Decisions are made within established guidelines.
