The opportunity : Associate Consultant-National-SaT-SaT - S&E - Deal Management - Mumbai

SaT - S&E - Deal Management :
Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework, we work with clients to find answers to today's toughest strategic, financial, operational and commercial questions. We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Project Management - be part of project teams comprising colleagues from our transactions and advisory practices.

• Business and Commercially Driven - working in a fast-paced, exciting environment with strong business acumen to really help add value to our clients
• Business Development - assist in aspects of business origination, including pitches and presentations, and attending meetings with clients to help sell work. Contribute to our practice development initiatives, supporting the continued focus on our team as a great place to work.
• Learning - Learn and develop technical and personal skills to support achievement of career goals, through a blend of structured learning, coaching and experiences.
• Building Relationships - Strong working relationships with senior clients, including influence, advice and support to key decision makers.

• Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas.
• Ability to develop and maintain internal and external networks.

Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
MBA / CA / MS in relevant engineering disciplines (BE, BTech) with 2-4 years ofexperience.o PMP, Prince 2, ERP Certification such as from SAP, Oracle etc.o Experience with global management consultancy or boutique firm or relevant industrysegmento Prior Big-4 experience is preferred
Experience
Strong commcommunication, facilitation, relationship relationship-building, presentation and negotiation
skills.

• Be h ighly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisor y re responsibility.
