We are looking forward to hireQAD Professionals in the following areas : QAD Techno Functional resources with experience ranging between 1 to 3 years. QAD Application has evolved over years. Recently, they introduced Enterprise Edition. At YASH we continue to support earlier versions, Standard Edition and Enterprise Edition of course. We need you if - You know Distribution, Manufacturing, and Finance modules on the Functional side in QAD Versions Standard Edition and lower. You know how to code programs on QAD Versions Standard Edition and lower. You have a good functional understanding of common modules on QAD Enterprise Edition. You can code QRF and effectively use ICT. You strictly follow QAD Programming standards for developing programs. You understand Source Code Version Control tools like SVN, Jira, CVC etc. You have experience working on L2 Support. You understand the importance of SLAs and KPIs and strive to comply. You have a fair understanding of ITSM processes. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You are fond of talking to end users to understand their troubles and help them in finding solutions. You are not averse to creating documents like Standard Operating Procedures, Root Cause Analysis documents, Work Instructions etc. You are an excellent team player. You are watchful about recurring incidents and make every effort to fix the problem permanently rather than using any workarounds. We would love it if - You are certified in QAD Development Standards, ICT & CVC. You don\'t mind working extended hours on a few occasions when there is a Critical Incident disrupting customer operations. You are ably supporting other team members when they are unable to troubleshoot some problems.
