We are looking forward to hire PMO - PMO As a Service (General) Professionals in the following areas :

Key Responsibilities:

Project Governance & Control

+ Establish and maintain project management standards, templates, and best practices.
+ Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
+ Ensure compliance with organizational and supply chain governance frameworks.

Portfolio & Program Management

+ Manage multiple supply chain projects (IBP, S&OP, logistics, procurement, etc.).
+ Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and strategic objectives.
+ Track KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership.

Risk & Issue Management

+ Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
+ Maintain issue logs and ensure timely resolution.

Stakeholder Communication

+ Facilitate communication between project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
+ Organize steering committee meetings and prepare executive dashboards.

Documentation & Reporting

+ Maintain project documentation, including charters, plans, and change requests.
+ Prepare reports for senior management and ensure transparency.

Required Skills & Experience:

MBA - Operations Management Experience 0-2 Years Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Advanced Excel and reporting skills; Presentations , exposure to BI tools. Knowledge of

supply chain processes

(Planning, Sales , Procurement, Logistics). Good to have experience in

PMO or Project Management

within

Supply Chain domain
