1. Team Management
2. Technical Expertise:
Design, implement, and maintain complex network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and data center environments.
Hands on experience on tools like Service Now, Cloudgenix Portal, CyberARK, BIGIP F5 load Balancer.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions.
Perform network capacity planning, optimization, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and reliability.
Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for network improvements and enhancements.
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, technologies, and standards (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN).
Hands-on experience with network equipment from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Arista).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, etc.) preferred.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Generate regular status reports on network performance, project progress, and team activities for management review.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT, security, and operations teams, to align network infrastructure with business goals and objectives.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.(1.) To validate analyses (eg. Root Cause Analysis ,Trend Analysis) and reports to facilitate performance in tasks to be presented to key business stakeholders (2.) To ensure positive customer feedback and satisfaction thorugh active participation in customer meetings to understand any issues faced (3.) To validate Change Order Implementation Plan and Human Error Compliance and participate in Capacity planning (4.) To perform value addition activities (such as mentoring administratorsorteam members, preparing SOPs, maintaining effective documentation simultaneously and Knowledge sharing.) In addition act as a liaison to the business segment, facilitating effective communication and presentation to key business stakeholders as and when required. (5.)
