Associate Consultant-Human Capital ( Recruitment)ABOUT ORGANISATION:HuQuo is an HR Analytics and Consulting organization to provide path-breaking HR services by deeply understanding the human quotient of organizations we work with, and to evolve the industry and make it future ready through HR Analytics.The founders of HuQuo are from premier B-School with strong corporate exposure and wants to build India\'s first global HR Analytics and Consulting firm.We are looking for young and energetic candidates who can join us an account manager with dedication & passion to become future Business Unit leader. & Qualification/skills required :- Will be working as an Account Manager for 2-3 global client to manage client relationship & Delivery end to end;- Will be meeting client for regular review meeting and understating their hiring plan- Sourcing candidate through different channels like Job portal,linkedin,headhuting etc. and conducting HR assessment interview before presenting profiles for client review;- The candidates must have Post/Graduation in any stream with excellent verbal & written communication skills, with high energy level and open for taking complete accountability to build good relationship and delivery for client.Office Location : Time Square Bulding,3rd Floor,Shushant Lok-1 (Near HUDA Metro Station),Gurgaon
