About the Position
CSRBOX is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Associate Consultant-Impact Assessment (multiple openings) with a passion for social science and a proven background in social project monitoring and impact evaluation. This position involves mapping of companies and CSR foundations that will be interested to work in the area or initiate some programs for public health. This role requires extensive outreach to businesses and like-minded organizations, one on one sessions with a few CSR heads and pitching the idea of nutrition CSR projects, working with companies to co-design concepts and projects, monitor and hand-hold project implementation, documentation etc. To align with this role, extensive networking and outreach preparedness is essential.
Responsibilities
Independently Lead the project in Bharuch for Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) program for pregnant and lactating women
Independently lead the MMU and the team through organising all departments, assigning tasks to each team member and its daily operations for its smooth functioning
To develop and implement end to end public health and health related CSR projects and initiatives
Supervise the work of all the team members in MMU and guide the staff when necessary
To ensure monitoring and reporting of the CSR initiatives involved in
Planning and conducting field research using quantitative and qualitative methods, such as literature review, household surveys, key informant interviews, focus groups, and others as required
Structuring internal and external team and leading the projects
Technical report writing, SDGs alignment, benchmarking, client interactions and presenting reports to the top management of companies
Design and implementation of effective stakeholder engagement programs
Create new ideas for CSR collaboration with companies and public health, pitch the ideas to corporate partners, conduct partnership meetings
To open and dedicated towards working on multiple sector alignment CSR initiatives as required by the organization
Ability to demonstrate ownership, and work in collaborative multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely knit team (showcasing patience, tenacity and grace under pressure)
Communicating and coordinating with clients, CSRBOX employees, and vendors
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
Post graduate degree in social sciences, data analytics or similar areas. Degree in public health is preferred
At least 2 years of on field experience, preferably in projects around health, health awareness and education
Deep understanding of data collection and data analysis tools with excellent command of MS-excel for high-end data analysis
An in-depth understanding of developing sample plans, designing field work tools etc.
