Job Summary
As a Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops), you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and quality resolution of incidents and escalations within SAP and Access Governance. You will leverage your expertise to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and foster effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining compliance and optimizing processes to meet service level agreements.
(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure Timely Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Tickets In Sap And Access Governance, Adhering To Agreed Slas And Quality Norms.
2. Mentor Team Members And Administrators By Conducting Training Sessions, Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops), And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation To Promote Knowledge Sharing And Operational Efficiency.
3. Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Human Error Compliance, Actively Participating In Capacity Planning Discussions To Optimize Resource Allocation.
4. Facilitate Customer Satisfaction By Engaging In Customer Meetings, Addressing Issues, And Providing Updates To Ensure A Positive Feedback Loop.
5. Conduct Thorough Analyses Including Root Cause And Trend Analysis, Validating Reports To Enhance Performance Metrics And Present Findings To Key Business Stakeholders.
