You will be working as Associate Commissioning Engineer and will be part of Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area for Robot Automotive Division based in Bangalore North, India. In this role you will be reporting to Business Manager - Portfolio and will be responsible for on-site robot debugging which includes robot system commission, functional program module writing, process debugging and problem handling. Your responsibilities Managing and monitoring project during whole execution period until get FAC Achieving paint process parameters on surface like DFT, gloss, color values etc Robot application programming, industrial robot/spraying robot debugging (gluing, flaming, blowing, wipe, film thickness detection) Vision system measuring and maintaining, and be able to complete a new model introduction robot simulation independently Working on underbody coating and spray applications Supporting in Paint Process parameters achievement Hands on Experience in robot disassembly and maintenance activities Your background Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Paint technology/Chemical engineering/Mechanical Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in Automation industry Proficiency in Key MS office programs is a must Highly motivated team-player with a collaborative, learning & solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills Willing and flexible to travel More about us ABB Robotics & Discrete Automation is a pioneer in robotics, machine automation and digital services, providing innovative solutions for a diverse range of industries, from automotive to electronics to logistics.
