by improving process reliability, yield, and energy efficiency.
We're looking for a

Center of Excellence (COE) team member

for our

Allied Industries vertical

-- someone passionate about

manufacturing excellence

and

process improvement

in heavy process industries such as

chemicals, food & beverage, and allied sectors

.

What You'll Do

Analyze plant data to identify deviations in key parameters like Performance, Golden batch adherence,

yield, quality, uptime, and energy efficiency

.
Recommend corrective actions and drive measurable improvements using our

ODR (Outcome-Driven Reliability)

framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn insights into results for our customers.
Help standardize best practices across industries and customer sites.

What We're Looking For

10-12 years of experience

in process engineering, operations, or manufacturing excellence roles.
Deep

process knowledge in the chemical industry

(experience in allied industries like F&B is a plus).
A strong understanding of plant process parameters and reliability metrics.
Someone who thrives on solving problems and making manufacturing more reliable and efficient.
